When someone visits www.chainsawtraininguk.co.uk we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

When you Enrol on one of our courses you will be asked to complete a booking form. This is to provide us with the details we need to communicate with you to keep you informed with up-to-date information on course requirements and venue details. If you require a NPTC City and Guilds assessment to achieve a Certificate of Competence we will need to pass your details to a registered centre to enable them to process your registration. Upon completion of training and/or assessment we will retain your information until we have posted any certification achieved after which your details will be deleted if electronically stored or securely destroyed if on a paper hardcopy.
